Consider getting certified to learn proven methods for helping coaching clients achieve results. Rather than relying solely on your personal experience. There are several certification programs for coaching; choose what suits you. But just do it! Show your solid expertise to the world!

 

2️⃣ Deep Dive into Your Ideal Coaching Clients

Analyze their needs and develop a comprehensive service offering tailored to helping them. This is a bit deeper than just market analysis:
Is there a pattern of demands? What coaching services can serve them? How can we expand services in that area?

Let your offering be a specific coaching service to a specific persona with a specific problem! This is my 3 Specifics formula!Instead of chasing different types of coaching clients, focus on becoming an expert in your niche. Expand your service offerings to meet their evolving needs.

While platforms like LinkedIn are effective for reaching a wide audience, they are subject to algorithm changes. Therefore, it’s crucial to migrate loyal followers to owned platforms like websites, blogs, and email lists (or even a face-to-face event!). This helps establish a direct connection with the possible coaching clients. And reduces reliance on algorithm-driven social media. It increases the potential for conversions, such as coaching services courses or eBook sales.
